Nature Journaling Forest Bathing Workshop

Engage in the practice of Forest Bathing using mindfulness techniques, located in ENC's West Woods.

Combine mindfulness with creativity in this one-time special Forest Bathing x Nature Journaling session on Wednesday July 22th from 1-3pm.

Guided by Dawn Derrien, participants will begin with a mindful walk to the West Woods, engaging all their senses to experience the sights, sounds, and textures of the forest. After a 15-minutes guided meditation, Dawn will guide a reflective nature journaling session inspired by your observations using simple sketching and journaling techniques. The session concludes with a 30-minute solo meditation, giving space to reflect and absorb both the forest and your creative impressions.

This collaborative experience is $25, open to ages 10+, limited to 20 participants, and requires pre-registration by June 20th. No prior journaling or artistic experience is necessary, just a willingness to slow down, observe, and reflect.

Please note that participants must be able to walk on uneven ground and be willing to sit on the ground or a stump (or carry a chair to our spot).
