Join us for our Honeybee Workshop, held on Saturdays from June 20 – July 25 at 3pm. On June 20, two sessions will be offered at 12:30pm and 4:30pm, with subsequent workshops continuing at their regular time.
During this hands-on experience, visitors will visit our bee seacan, where you’ll work alongside our beekeepers to remove honeycombs from our hives, and then harvest the honey. The sessions will wrap up with a look at honey extraction, offer a behind-the-scenes peek at how honey makes its journey from the hive to the jar. And as a special treat, guests will take home a small jar of fresh honey extracted during the workshop. If you want an inside look at a beehive & the work of beekeepers, this is the session for you!
This workshop is limited to 12 participants, costs $10 per person, and requires pre-registration. All ages are welcome!
