Honey Bee Info Session

Join us for an inside look at the process of owning honey bees! In this one hour program, you’ll work alongside our bee keepers to remove the honey combs from our hives & then harvest the honey from them. If you want an inside look at a bee hive & the work of bee keepers, this is the session for you! Proper equipment, including protective gear, will be provided. All participants will even get to take a small jar of honey home with them! All ages are welcome.

Please note that for all of our events we require MINIMUM 48 HOURS NOTICE of a cancellation for a refund to be issued. If we are less than 48 hours away from an event and you are needing to cancel, please notify us so that we can offer your spot to someone else. Your payment for the event will then become a donation to Ellis Nature Centre. Thanks for your cooperation!
